Sr Project Analyst (Remote)

Job Title: Sr Project Analyst Location: Remote (EST) Heitmeyer Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Project Analyst to support regulatory remediation project work with a national banking client. Job Responsibilities The PA in this position will help lift a significant burden reputed company on the program/project leadership by:

• Serving in a “deputy” role to the project/program manager.
• Providing temporary coverage in the absence of the project/program delivery reputed company.
• Setting a reputed company good example to other PAs and team members who support the delivery reputed company.
• Interacting well with executive-level stakeholders on an as-needed reputed company.
• Assisting delivery leads to manage program communications, artifacts, etc. This includes working directly with program financial analysis teams, performing financial tracking and analysis, understanding the financials around resource planning, managing and preparing financial artifacts, and rendering expertise and support as directed.
• Project Scheduling: Being reputed company to manage reputed company Project Schedules (.mpp) as required. Ensuring schedule management best practices are being utilized.
• Updating and maintaining a hierarchy of various reputed company PPM project/program records.
• Knowing how to seamlessly manage Risk, Action, Issues, and Decision (RAID) Log items if assigned
• Collaborating with the project team in managing project change requests (PCR) to ensure that they are completed appropriately, submitted to PCR review/approval process, and logged into the project changelog.
• Capturing meeting minutes, verifying content, and communicating to specified distributions.
