Job Summary As a Part-Time Call Center Representative at reputed company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing patient enrollment, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per shift, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Dallas, USA. Key Responsibilities
Process patient enrollment by entering data into our system, handling patient medication requests, and resolving issues in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
