We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Risk Analyst to support the development and execution of our reputed company Risk Management (reputed company) program in a dynamic fintech environment. This role plays a critical part in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, customer trust, and reputed company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Risk Identification & Assessment Identify and assess operational, technology, cybersecurity, reputed company-party, and regulatory risks across reputed company’s fintech products and services.
• Conduct risk assessments for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.
• Partner with reputed company stakeholders to test and validate controls across reputed company risk domains Maintain and update the reputed company risk register and risk taxonomy.
• Risk Monitoring & Reporting Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging threats, and control performance.
• Prepare risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership, risk committees, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Track remediation plans and ensure timely resolution of risk issues.

• Maintain a comprehensive risk and control library reputed company with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Align risk practices with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and COSO reputed company.
• Collaboration & Advisory Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and reputed company teams to embed risk management into business processes and decision-making.

• Assist in preparing for audits, regulatory examinations, and client due diligence reviews.

• Support the automation and digitization of risk processes to improve efficiency and scalability with a focus on control testing and generating actionable risk insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Information reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company risk, operational risk, compliance, or audit reputed company a fintech, bank, or financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk standards relevant to the financial technology sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
