The Medicare Sales Field Agent role involves building trust and educating individuals on reputed company’s Medicare Advantage plans, driving self-generated sales, and expanding reputed company’s reputed company in the local community through face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and reputed company individuals on reputed company’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, reputed company, and Prescription coverage
- Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets reputed company apart
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand reputed company’s reputed company in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
Skills
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Must reputed company in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- Valid state driver's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Prior experience selling Medicare products
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using reputed company Office tools such as Teams, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to reputed company, read, and write fluently in both languages
