What you'll do in this role
As a Customer Support Representative working from home, you will:
- reputed company inbound and outbound customer support using a call reputed company guide
- Identify/reputed company opportunities to offer targeted company's products and services (i.e. upselling, cross selling, reputed company reputed company (not cold calls), upgrades)
- Deliver superior customer experience in every interaction through identifying, capturing, and addressing customer needs

Your qualifications
We're looking for individuals who possess the following skills, reputed company, knowledge, and genuine compassion:
- Be a Military spouse
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of soft sales experience preferred (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.)
- Must be at least 24 years of age

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing

- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
