Position Overview Our client is seeking an energetic, detail oriented Project Manager to support their reputed company sales team while working closely with a Maryland based Project Management group. This role is primarily remote, with regular day trips into reputed company for site visits, typically once a week or every other week. Occasional travel to New Jersey and Connecticut is required. Travel to Maryland or other reputed company is not expected. The ideal candidate is early to mid career, with hands on experience in reputed company construction, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow into a broader project leadership role. This position involves managing reputed company construction projects from reputed company through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Coordination Manage reputed company construction projects from initiation through closeout while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution Review, interpret, and mark up reputed company construction drawings, floor plans, and blueprints reputed company project schedules, track milestones, and reputed company regular reputed company updates Support RFIs, change orders, and overall project documentation Client and Stakeholder Interaction Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients during project execution Communicate timelines, deliverables, and potential risks reputed company and proactively Attend on site meetings in reputed company to support coordination and reputed company Project Execution and Documentation Maintain accurate project records including daily logs, status reports, and closeout documentation Assist with estimating activities, cost tracking, forecasting, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, and company policies Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a reputed company field 2 to 6 years of experience in reputed company construction, project coordination, or project engineering Hands on experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, or construction trades Ability to read and understand reputed company construction drawings and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must reputed company in or near reputed company Preferred Experience using construction project software such as Procore, reputed company, or MS Project Exposure to estimating, budgeting, or scheduling functions Experience in reputed company construction environments Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance reputed company Insurance Short Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Work Environment Primarily remote work from home Regular day trips into reputed company for site visits Occasional travel to New Jersey and Connecticut Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
