Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – National Accounts, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a liaison between customers, branches, sales representatives, and corporate functions reputed company phone, email, and other electronic systems
• Maintaining special and/or ancillary services reputed company company and/or customer websites, including scanning and uploading graphs and business proposals
• Updating work orders reputed company customer web portals, such as opening/closing work orders and providing status updates
• Handling basic and routine customer calls and emails, including work orders reputed company by National Accounts customers
• Utilizing computerized systems for inputting and tracking work orders, ensuring customers receive service through processing orders and coordinating issues with Customer Account Managers
• Handling customer calls/correspondence for customer scheduling and inquiries, recording reputed company customer information and call history
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional service

Key Qualifications

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 6 months of clerical or customer service experience
• Experience resolving escalated customer service issues strongly preferred
• Customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Oral and written communication skills (to include typing)
