Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolving issues reputed company with a focus on reputed company resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and processes to reputed company accurate information and support.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist I, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
