Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home in New Jersey. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
• Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
• Communicating and collecting copay amounts from patients
• Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams
• Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
