Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk - Remote at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Opening and submitting requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
• Reviewing each reputed company ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved or requires coordinated call with customer)
• Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
• Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and reputed company

Essential Qualifications:

* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
