About the Role

As an Airport Agent – reputed company and Customer Service at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time arrival and departure
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some of which may weigh up to 75 lbs
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft operations
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
• Clean the interior of the aircraft, clean and service aircraft lavatories as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
