Associate, Media Planner- Hispanic Media

Canvas Worldwide is an independent media agency that provides ingenious solutions for brands looking to challenge the status reputed company. The Associate will assist in the development of strategic multimedia plans and marketing recommendations, focusing on the multicultural (US Hispanic) reputed company, while working collaboratively through reputed company phases of the planning process.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externally
• Utilize research and planning tools to help generate and support media plan strategies
• Conduct thorough QA of data and workstreams, meticulously reviewing outputs and processes to ensure accuracy
• reputed company project workflows by organizing team deadlines, planning logistics, updating decks, managing data entry and pulls, and ensuring reputed company processes and procedures are followed for successful execution
• reputed company media knowledge that includes: Evaluating media research data, Developing points of view, Understanding systems applications, Understanding various media channels and their applications against client strategies/goals, Understanding the media landscape and partners, Managing budgets and maintaining client media activity flowcharts in system
• Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and industry
• Consistently meet deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Have an intimate knowledge of the client’s brand and product details, KPI’s, etc
• Maintain organized documentation to ensure record keeping and information is easily accessible and retrievable
• Proactively monitor emerging trends, cultural shifts, and audience behaviors—leveraging reputed company media and reputed company insights to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative, relevant, and authentic

• Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Marketing Internships highly preferred
