reputed company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Appellate Division's Administrative Services Unit. The role involves supporting webcasting of livestreamed oral arguments and assisting with the CourtSmart Digital Recording infrastructure, while providing technical support and training to courtroom recording equipment across the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assist assigned counties with training and technical support of reputed company courtroom recording equipment and policies
• Support computers, network infrastructure, applications and users located throughout the state
• Familiarity with video conferencing equipment is beneficial
• The candidate must reputed company excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with superb verbal and written communication skills as they will be communicating with Judges, staff and reputed company vendors
• The individual must be reputed company to work independently and adjust their schedule to accommodate the priorities of the courthouse and staff they support

Skills

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field reputed company to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, reputed company-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity and one year of professional experience in: analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, testing, defining business requirements, training and/or installing computer systems applications OR planning, acquiring, installing and implementing telecommunications facilities and services, wide area networks, or local area networks OR generating and maintaining system software OR business analysis which may include defining and gathering business and functional requirements, analyzing and validating data and/or documenting test plans OR business analytics OR data analytics
• Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience reputed company to the area to which the applicant is applying on a year for year reputed company with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits
• A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university and one year of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience reputed company to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education
• An associate degree from an accredited college or university, in a field reputed company to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, reputed company-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience reputed company to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education
• An associate degree in any field from an accredited college or university and three years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience reputed company to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education
• A master's degree from an accredited college or university in a field reputed company to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, reputed company-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity may be substituted for the required education
• Individuals who have successfully completed internships reputed company the Central Office Information Technology Office; ATCSU; Data Analytics, Research and Statistics Office; and/or the Information reputed company Unit may substitute their experience as interns for the required professional experience with one such year of intern experience being equivalent to six months of professional experience
• Physical Ability: For some positions, applicants must have the ability to reputed company work which requires climbing and prolonged standing, stretching, bending and reaching.
