Intern, Software Engineer - Phoenix

reputed company is a global technology leader focused on helping the world’s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. They are seeking an early-career Software Engineer to contribute to the FactoryTalk product team, focusing on software development for manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain software components using C, C++, and C# in a reputed company environment
• Participate in the reputed company of the product architecture, incorporating modern patterns and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UX, product management, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features
• Support full-stack development across database, server, and web components as needed
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Use Git/reputed company or similar tools for reputed company control, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable code and support reputed company integration and delivery processes

Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Enrolled in at least one more semester after the conclusion of the internship
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or anytime in the future, for this job opening
• Currently pursuing a bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in C, C++, and C#, particularly in the reputed company development ecosystem
• Interest in working with and implementing manufacturing automation systems or industrial software
• Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and version control systems like Git
• Experience with Agile development practices and common collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company FactoryTalk products or similar industrial control platforms
• Exposure to web development technologies (.NET, REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks, etc.)
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks
