Position Summary
We are seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division of arenaflex's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients. You will receive the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions to help simplify members' reputed company experience

Essential Qualifications:
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
