About the Role

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing

• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member returned checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications:

* High school degree or equivalent

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
