[Remote] Absence Auditor

They are seeking an Absence Auditor to implement and maintain a quality assurance program by monitoring production and developing processes to reduce errors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of operational transactions
- Monitor high risk interactions through quality reporting
- Analyze metrics to spot trends and reputed company necessary improvements
- Monitor processes from a quality standpoint to identify development needs
- Compile monthly quality score reports to present to Team Leads
- Own and reputed company processes from start to finish
- Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities in order to meet reputed company deadlines
- Collaborate with Operations management to implement process improvement measures
- Represent the Quality Team in customer meetings and reputed company preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and reputed company laws in reputed company 50 states
- Understand concepts and rules as mandated by appropriate state and federal guidelines for FMLA and in coordination with the customer's policies
- Proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated performance reputed company in Specialist/Expert job functions
- Meets/Exceeds daily production goal in their work activity
- Quality- 100% accuracy reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to own a task from beginning to end
- Exhibited commitment to quality and error reduction with an interest in process development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
- Ability to be on camera reputed company attending work reputed company trainings, meetings and/or events
- Must be reputed company to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
- Bachelor's degree preferred
