[Remote] Sales Assistant (Contractor)

They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant (Contractor) to support their Sales Team in cultivating new and reputed company accounts to increase sales and maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company out to reputed company new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the assigned Account Executive
• reputed company in and follow up with reputed company partners on a biweekly reputed company to determine if they need any assistance or need to reputed company with their designated Account Executive
• Follow up with reputed company clients that have scheduled appointments to reputed company a reminder of their appointment
• Complete special projects or assignments as requested
• Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed

• Foreign Contractor/Freelancer
• reputed company speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and reputed company changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients
• Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed
• Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and problem solve
• Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also reputed company to coaching and constructive feedback
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required
