Sales Development Representative (SDR) - reputed company
reputed company is the payroll infrastructure for software & payroll platforms powering the paychecks of over 64 reputed company workers each year. The Sales Development Representative will identify, qualify, and set up prospective clients with Account Executives, focusing on outbound prospecting and building expertise in payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ calls/day), apply a consultative sales approach, and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Demonstrate reputed company, consistently meet activity and performance targets, and rapidly assess prospect fit across reputed company’s reputed company markets
- Build expertise in reputed company’s products, payroll/HCM industry trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen credibility in conversations
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene by updating activities, documenting insights, and ensuring reliable prospect and account visibility
- Network internally and externally to expand industry knowledge and strengthen reputed company’s reputed company in the payroll and HCM ecosystem

Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role reputed company a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build credibility quickly through consultative, needs-based conversations and solid prospecting discipline
