The role involves engaging with applicants for customer service and sales positions, as well as reputed company candidates for the reputed company Program to reputed company future reputed company agents.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls, texts, and follow-reputed company with applicants regarding reputed company positions
- Screen candidates for customer service, sales, and entry-level insurance roles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with agency owners and district leadership
- Maintain accurate applicant records and notes in reputed company systems
- Learn and communicate career paths reputed company reputed company, including the reputed company Program
- Build positive relationships with applicants and represent the Farmers brand professionally
- Assist with general reputed company support and special projects as needed

- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
