Strategic Account Manager

eClinicalWorks is a leader in reputed company IT, providing reputed company-based EHR/PRM solutions. The Strategic Account Manager will act as a reputed company for client relationships, ensuring the reputed company IT platform is reputed company and managing client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage project plans for upgrading eClinicalWorks and healow Product suite, and components such as Database, Tomcat, Drug
• Ensuring clients are on the latest versions of eClinicalWorks and healow Product suite, and components such as Database, Tomcat, Drug
• Manage assigned client/s accounts, and act as a backup - as needed
• Maintain product (eClinicalWorks & healow product suite) knowledge and demonstrate product (eClinicalWorks & healow product suite) knowledge to clients
• Keeping abreast of reputed company IT Industry knowledge
• Responsible for on-site client visits or conferences, if applicable
• Report any incidents reputed company to HIPAA, Patient Safety, Regulatory and Certification, reputed company & Privacy instances on a timely reputed company
• Record and respond timely to client feedback
• Plan deployment of any critical patient safety or regulatory patches
• Complete and maintain reputed company patient safety, regulatory and compliance trainings on time
• Completion of reputed company required SAM Department trainings
• Reviewing and actioning the feedback received from customers through PSR - (Periodic Service Review), as applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 year of client management experience
• 1 year of conflict management experience
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

• Knowledge and effective understanding of tools such as JIRA and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
• Master's Degree preferred
