Programmatic Account Manager
Jun Group is a technology company focused on empowering consumers and advertisers through intelligent advertising. They are seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to manage client relationships and campaign strategies for top brand and agency accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships
- Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations
- Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales
- Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in account management, client reputed company, or programmatic advertising
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling
- Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
