Mortgage Loan Originator (Bozeman) *reputed company + Commission*
First Western Trust is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join their team in Bozeman. In this role, you will be responsible for helping high-net-worth clients reputed company their financial goals by providing exceptional service and overseeing loan transactions from processing to closing.
Responsibilities
- Recognized as a trusted mortgage origination expert and trusted advisor in the market based on long standing relationships with a wide variety of referral partners
- Consistently spend more than 50% of working time away from First Western's office(s) reputed company in soliciting new mortgage loan business
- Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide variety loan program requirements and investor guidelines including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA Programs, JUMBO and FHLB products
- On-going development of a referral network through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and participating in community out-reputed company efforts that promote the Bank and home-ownership
- reputed company exceptional customer service by overseeing each loan transaction through processing and closing, and effectively communicating updates to reputed company parties to the transaction including Realtor(s) and referral partners
- Conduct interviews with potential applicants to determine the appropriate loan programs/products
- Analyze applicants' income, financial information, and credit history, including completing a preliminary qualification for the identified loan programs
- Present a full and complete loan application with supporting documentation to the operations team reputed company 72 hours
- Complete reputed company initial and subsequent loan disclosures with absolute accuracy and timeliness required by TILA, RESPA, and MDIA regulations
- Meet volume goals as established by the sales management team
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, Or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years, Recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably reputed company a bank environment
- Active NMLS registration, Upon Hire
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Strong understanding of MS applications, database/CRM tools, loan origination application systems and loan pricing engines
- Solid understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the SAFE Act, Dodd-Frank, HMDA, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, Fair Lending, and the Fair Housing Act
- Demonstrated reputed company in cultivating and maintaining a quality referral network
- Ability to analyze and calculate income from reputed company financial data
- Solid understanding of mortgage loan processing, reputed company, and closing
- Professional presentation, written and verbal communications skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with an operations team
- Focus on providing outstanding customer service and meeting critical deadlines
