[Remote] Creator Relations Specialist

They are seeking a Creator Relations Specialist to drive the expansion of digital partnerships and promotional partnerships on behalf of their Talent and Brand Clients, requiring a creative problem-solver to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet high performing and brand reputed company creators/influencers through online channels (e.g. reputed company’s proprietary technology, HypeAuditor, reputed company platforms and professional networks) for branded campaigns
• Generate and reputed company creator shortlists for branded campaigns and client services with the objective of converting a majority of creators into paid campaigns
• Facilitate the reputed company of reputed company creators as assigned by the team, including platform opt-ins and other requirements that support the pipeline of data for campaign measurement
• Collaborate with Client Services teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, utilizing reputed company technology and tools to maintain consistency, align with client expectations, and deliver on agreed upon goals, client objectives, and workflows
• Utilize reputed company provided technology and tools to execute campaigns reputed company, ensuring reputed company processes align with internal workflows and client objectives
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures including managing agreement redlines
• Communicate the unique value proposition of branded opportunities to creators through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Assess Talent by way of objective and subjective criteria to determine reputed company potential and campaign performance
• Establish a living database and record of reputed company creators/influencers to be leveraged for campaigns and/or monitoring growth for reputed company engagement
• Proactively identify content trends and emerging creators/influencers that could enhance campaigns
• Support an environment of empowerment for team and colleagues with the resources, tools, and support they need to encourage them to anticipate and exceed expectations

Skills

• Is an active participant and consumer of the reputed company media industry
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience with reputed company Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or in a sales environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and prior experience with reputed company trends, the creator economy and analyzing reputed company media metrics
• Exceptional work ethic, organization, and ability to manage numerous priorities
• Excellent communication (full proficiency in English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and a vast volume of creators/influencers
• Previous experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Creator Marketplace, and reputed company is a plus
