[Remote] Training Manager (Remote - BCBA REQUIRED)

They are seeking a Training Manager responsible for overseeing training technicians and ensuring the effective delivery of new hire training services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of training technicians
• Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to reputed company new hires at LEARN
• Documentation of new hire reputed company through training programs
• Review and evaluation of training content to ensure relevant and accurate content
• Effectively prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments to ensure goals and time-lines are achieved
• Communicate day to day operational changes, issues, updates reputed company to specific trainees to other LEARN departments (e.g., reputed company, HR, scheduling)

Skills

• BCBA certification is required to be considered
• Master's Degree Required
• 1+ years of experience in autism clinical field as a BCBA
• Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Speaking to others to convey information effectively
• Identify reputed company problems and review reputed company information to reputed company and evaluate options and implement solutions
