Divisional Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits
BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel RN position. This Divisional Registered Nurse will support our Shooting Stars Division in reputed company Carolina providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- reputed company home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- reputed company assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- reputed company client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Skills
- A reputed company license as a Registered Nurse in reputed company Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, reputed company clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Experience with OASIS and Medicare home health visits required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
