[Remote] Business Development Representative

The role involves engaging with leads, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
• Manage and nurture leads through reputed company cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, reputed company strategy, and goals
• Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
• 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
