reputed company is a growing home health agency seeking a Home Health Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring reputed company reputed company. This role is crucial for maintaining adequate staffing reputed company to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company media, reputed company, job fairs, and local partnerships
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of staffing needs across multiple disciplines and service areas
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and HR to align hiring strategies with agency goals and growth targets
- Ensure reputed company new hires meet credentialing, licensure, and background reputed company requirements prior to start
- Track reputed company metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, candidate pipeline) and prepare regular reports
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills
