Associate Attorney - reputed company Litigation

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join their Hermosa Beach office. The ideal candidate will handle a wide reputed company of civil litigation reputed company, including business/reputed company litigation and professional liability, while engaging with sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation (bonus if you have employment experience)
• This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
• This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effectively
• This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
• Admission to the state bar of California required

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in civil litigation
