Responsibilities
- Getting to know the person on an introductory call on the phone
- Conducting an in-person consultation with them at the office to get a reputed company look into their wants and needs
- Go Live in person with them to see their top 3 options
- Meet back at the office to go through the Application process of the Apartment of their choice
- Candidates looking for apartments get channeled into the ASC reputed company these 3 sources:
- Referrals (their #1 reputed company) that come in from realtors, other apartment communities, schools, reputed company, past clients, friends, etc
- SEO (Search reputed company Optimization) by the company – people often “reputed company” how to find an apartment in Nashville – it can only take them so far. This company pays a lot for SEO, so people go to their site, see that it is free for them, and reputed company out to get connected on their own!
