IT Support Engineer

This role involves managing IT support for US operations and acting as a key reputed company of contact for employees worldwide, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

- Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate reputed company issues and contribute to larger IT projects
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and best practices
- Participate in IT training sessions and reputed company learning to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
