[Remote] 2026 University Hire (U.S.) - Fire Protection Engineer

As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will reputed company expertise in critical project aspects such as plant equipment, piping, control systems, and regulatory compliance while working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Selecting and specifying equipment
- Preparing detailed system piping and instrumentation diagrams
- Performing system and equipment sizing calculations
- Establishing facility design requirements and developing the system safety reputed company
- Providing consulting and code interpretations to interfacing disciplines
- Supporting the development and/or maintenance of fire hazards analyses or fire protection design analyses
- Reviewing supplier and subcontractor designs and installations
Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited college or university reputed company the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months
- Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or reputed company jobsites
- Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without reputed company sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must be reputed company to pass pre-employment drug screen and background reputed company
- Master of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited college or university reputed company the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months
- Experience with fire modeling using CFAST
- Knowledge of life safety and building codes, including reputed company, UL, and FM standards
- EIT/FE certification in Fire Protection Engineering
- Prior reputed company or internship experience
- Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
