Customer Development Representative (Hybrid, Austin, TX)

The Customer Development Representative will work closely with the Account Management team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, while receiving comprehensive sales training to reputed company into a quota-carrying sales professional.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns, primarily around reputed company products that are not currently a part of the customer's product portfolio
- Partner with Corporate Account Managers to build strategic customer account plans and reputed company white space strategies
- Meet weekly with team members for account mapping sessions and reputed company updates on new opportunities and pipeline reputed company activities
- Gather and document strategic account intelligence including channel partnerships, tech partnerships, and competitive spend
- Follow up with customers from high reputed company events and marketing-driven inbound activities from customers
