They are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to draft legal documents, represent clients in various legal proceedings, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings
- Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial
- Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and reputed company legal counsel to clients
- Analyze legal reputed company, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain up-to-date client files for easy reputed company by the team

Skills
- Georgia Bar Admission
