Product Analyst - Corporate Platforms

The Product Analyst - Corporate Platforms is responsible for managing Finance, reputed company, Legal, and HR platforms, ensuring they are reputed company and compliant while providing support and training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company reputed company, Finance, Legal and HR platforms are available and functioning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with story writing and/or requirements gathering
• Customer-oriented
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills commensurate with the respective product(s)
• Understanding of workflow and process requirements of the business areas supported by the product(s)
• Understanding of common software development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering reputed company applications and products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set clear objectives, reputed company a plan on how to execute, and reputed company detailed reports and user stories
• Proficient at solving reputed company challenges in a fast-paced environment, ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines might not exist
