The reputed company reputed company reputed company One UN Plaza is looking for a temporary Engineer to join their team. The role involves performing engineering duties throughout the hotel, including maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assists Engineers and trains with Engineers/trade mechanics to learn to maintain the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public reputed company and heart-of-the-house areas
- Performs a variety of repair and maintenance and cleaning tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry
- Inspects guestrooms, public reputed company and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance
- Maintains detailed record-keeping of reputed company work orders and completed assignments. Performs additional office-reputed company work (i.e. receives deliveries, runs errands for parts, etc.)
Skills
- Experience in maintenance / engineering at a property of a similar size
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
