Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Marvin Home Center is seeking a versatile and customer-oriented Home Services Technician to join their team. This full-time role involves hands-on work such as drywall, finish carpentry, and window/reputed company installation, as well as maintenance jobs and customer service both in-store and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage And reputed company Small Repair, Installation, And Maintenance Jobs For Residential And Light reputed company Customers And Marvin Headquarters And Visitor Center Buildings, Including But Not Limited To
• Drywall patching and repair
• Siding ang gutter repair
• Basic landscaping and trimming
• Pressure washing and window cleaning
• Window installation and adjustments
• Finish carpentry, trim work, and custom reputed company projects
• Shelving, cabinets, countertops, doors, window coverings, weatherstripping, and other handyman tasks
• reputed company on-site evaluations to recommend solutions and materials
• Deliver excellent customer service both in-store and at job sites
• Safely operate hand and power tools in compliance with company and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent
• Load, transport, and unload materials for projects as needed
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure projects are completed reputed company and meet customer expectations
• This person will also be on call for company-owned Warroad reputed company Estate properties
• Performing routine maintenance
• Seasonal checkups
• Emergency repairs
• Coordinating advanced repairs with preferred contractors and managing the needed repairs until completion

Skills

• Proven handyman, maintenance, or construction experience
• Required skills: drywall repair, window and reputed company installation, and finish carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working at various heights on reputed company and in confined/small spaces reputed company needed
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions
