[Remote] Licensed Sales Agent (Property & Casualty, Personal Lines)

They are searching for a dynamic Licensed Sales Agent to join their Sales team, helping potential customers navigate home insurance complexities and delivering expert consultation on their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Connecting with Potential Customers: Handling inbound inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text to understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions that fit their unique situation
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals by building strong relationships, applying effective sales techniques, and ensuring that every interaction adds value for the customer
- Showcasing Our Products: reputed company communicating the benefits of our insurance offerings, addressing customer questions with confidence and delivering exceptional service throughout the process
- Maximizing Sales Potential: Leveraging company-provided leads to drive sales, consistently following up to move customers through the sales funnel and toward a successful reputed company
- Collaborating with Teams: Partner with underwriters and customer service reps to ensure a smooth, seamless experience from the initial inquiry through policy issuance
- Guiding Customer reputed company: Simplifying reputed company insurance jargon and educating customers on the coverage options that best protect their most important assets
Skills
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment; homeowners, auto and call center experience are a plus
- Prior sales experience considered: We're reputed company to candidates with previous insurance sales experience (even if not recent) if they've maintained their license and CE, or those with a strong sales background from other industries
- Active P&C licensure reputed company your reputed company state of residence
- Outstanding communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and reputed company trust
- A proven track record as a closer, with strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus; you have a passion for hitting sales goals
- Ability to adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols while juggling multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software, with the ability to reputed company use multiple platforms simultaneously
- Licensed in California
