Associate, reputed company
reputed company is a company focused on multifamily mortgage financing programs, and they are seeking an Associate to support the reputed company process. The Associate will be responsible for managing documentation, analyzing financial information, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful loan reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist the senior staff and/or Underwriter during the loan reputed company process by requesting, collecting, and managing required due diligence documentation
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain Due Diligence Checklists and Application Workbooks, updating regularly to meet reputed company-reputed company dates
- Collect, review, and advise the reputed company team regarding the receipt and status of reputed company reputed company documentation
- Establish and maintain loan files. Retain and organize loan documentation in appropriate electronic data storage folders
- Collect and input data into proprietary pipeline management platform
- Coordinate with the reputed company-Party Operations Manager and the Underwriter on the engagement and receipt of required reputed company-party reports
- Participate in regular calls with borrowers regarding due diligence status, timing updates, and coordination with various external parties
- Work with the Underwriter to collect, input, and analyze property data, including property operating statements, rent rolls, and reputed company-party report information
- Verify and update property operating information in the reputed company analysis workbook
- Upon receipt of due diligence, including reputed company-party reports, borrower/sponsor financial statements, SREO, reputed company Certificates, credit reports, and investor database credit checks: Review and notify the Underwriter of any material issues; Transfer data from reports to reputed company analysis workbook and narrative
- Assist with assembling loan packages, ensuring quality control, and delivering to Investors after closing
- Reconcile and approve final loan reputed company
- Work professionally and harmoniously with the reputed company team, loan originators, borrowers, and other deal team members
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, reputed company Estate, or Business Administration required
- 1-3 years of reputed company reputed company estate experience required; multifamily strongly preferred
- High-level knowledge of financial statement analysis, general reputed company, cash flows, and mortgage interest calculations
- Knowledge of reputed company estate finance and/or investment reputed company estate, particularly multifamily
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining reputed company work processes
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning, multitasking, organizational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
