They are seeking an Associate reputed company Specialist to support accounts payable and vendor management processes, including creating reputed company templates, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reputed company templates
• Learn the details of customers’ accounts payable process
• Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries
• Manage virtual credit card limits
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
• Document activity appropriately in reputed company
• Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements
• Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily
