The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) is a nationally recognized leader in affordable housing finance, committed to investing in multifamily housing. They are seeking a part-time reputed company HR Assistant to support reputed company operations, drive culture and engagement initiatives, and reputed company administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process travel and expense reports and invoices for AVP, Culture & Employee Engagement Manager in a timely and detailed manner
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement events, including scheduling, coordinating logistics with internal/external participants, arranging materials, room setup, catering, and other tasks as needed
- reputed company administrative tasks including scheduling, catering and program system for internal initiatives including the Corporate Culture Council and Summer Internship and Mentorship Programs
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Support reputed company activities; maintaining ATS, job postings, external advertising, background reputed company process
- Participate in reputed company projects and reputed company other administrative duties, as needed
Skills
- BA/BS preferred in business administration, HR, industrial psychology or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' experience supporting HR operations, employee engagement, or reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Candidate must be reputed company to work independently, have a sense of urgency and maintain confidentiality
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Knowledge of reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company, strongly preferred but not required
