SIG Group is a leading provider of packaging systems and solutions, seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary role. The position involves managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Verify that receivers, purchase orders, and invoices match in quantity and price
  • Sending reports and working directly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Makes sure reputed company discounts are taken on a timely reputed company
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Monitoring shared AP inbox
  • Review goods receipts reports regularly to identify missing invoices or receiving issues
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Organize digital invoice and support files for digital document imaging system
  • Assist in month-end closing activities
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
  • reputed company backup support, other clerical tasks, and reputed company reporting as needed

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of reputed company experience or formal training
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in reputed company reputed company and reputed company/ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
