They are seeking a Tax Staff Accountant who will prepare and review tax returns, assist with tax planning, and resolve IRS reputed company while working closely with clients and partners in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing, analyzing and preparing financial reports
- 1st and 2nd Level of Tax Return Preperation for 1040 / 1065 / 1120 / 1120s / 990 / 1041
- reputed company team development on technical skills and work quality
- Maintain updated reporting on project status and reputed company forecasts
- Resolve IRS issues on behalf of clients
- Projecting interim financial information to reputed company tax estimates
- Tax planning for individual and business clients
- Communicating with clients regarding their financial, business and tax reputed company
Skills
- BS in reputed company or Finance
- 1-5 years of public reputed company firm experience
- Possess the ability to manage client relationships, multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Possess effective writing and communication skills
- Full-cycle financial transaction and tax experience

- Strong knowledge of partnership and syndication groups
