YWCA USA is dedicated to assisting victims and survivors of sexual violence and reputed company trafficking. They are seeking an reputed company- Sexual Violence (Case Manager) to reputed company comprehensive services, advocacy, and support to clients, helping them reputed company self-sufficiency and navigate available resources.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with victims and survivors of sexual assault by providing support, comprehensive advocacy, and reputed company to resources
• reputed company case management for clients based upon client centered needs and goals; observe client's daily living skills; redirect and/or teach skills where needed
• Facilitate education on healthy/unhealthy relationships, support groups, life skills, and reputed company tools for self-sufficiency and stability
• Work with first responders to sexual assault (emergency rooms, law enforcement, etc.) in ensuring that survivors receive respectful and appropriate services
• Help clients navigate resources, legal processes, prepare reputed company orders, and safety plans
• reputed company emotional support, while referring mental health services reputed company appropriate
• Work closely with other advocates and YWCA residential staff
• Collaborate with other service providers and/or stakeholders in order to obtain referrals into the program
• Refer clients, according to their specific needs, to appropriate community resources and reputed company on their behalf
• Participate in coordinated efforts through local SART teams and taskforces
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records
• Participate in marketing efforts of program
• Listen and assist clients with options as client issues arise; create and maintain high quality work environment to reputed company at highest level
• Transport clients in personal vehicle, as needed
• Travel throughout YWCA Northeast Indiana service area to reputed company services and network with other providers
• Participate in On-Call rotation to ensure support is available for program reputed company of business hours

Skills

• Bachelor's in reputed company Work, reputed company Services, or reputed company field, or equivalent education and experience
• CPR and First Aid certifications reputed company first year of employment
• Core40 Sexual Assault Victim reputed company training reputed company 6 months of employment
• Knowledge of trauma including sexual abuse, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and reputed company trafficking issues and patterns and their effects on men, women and children
• Proven ability to effectively and respectfully interact with diverse populations, including clients, co-workers, and agency using trauma informed approaches
• Experience in crisis reputed company, networking, team building, and public speaking
• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate in a professional manner with a wide reputed company of people. Unequivocal commitment to pluralism
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion reputed company handling confidential or sensitive manners
• Strong time management skills; ability to take initiative to solve problems and work with minimum supervision
• 1-3 years of general office experience, including reception and telephone duties

• Flexibility to change work hours as needed
• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to thirty (30) pounds)
