Project Coordinator

Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to join their innovative project management team. The role involves overseeing client solutions, coordinating jobs with technicians, and ensuring effective communication to reputed company peace of mind for partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate basic quotes and scopes of work for clients
• Build orders in service management system, with an emphasis on consistent accuracy. Consistently update system with clear, effective notes
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians, effectively addressing scope and price. Gather reputed company necessary logistical and technical information, and prepare technicians for on-site work
• Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers. Confirm, review, and approve deliverables. Coordinate with manager on escalations

• Participate in multi-site projects/rollouts

• Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures
