Business Analyst, Sales Technology

The Business Analyst, Sales Technology will define and deliver the conference technology roadmap by partnering with cross-functional teams, documenting business requirements, and driving project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with the Product reputed company(s) on one or more products to write high quality user stories explaining business problems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects and business process improvements
  • Documenting a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business
  • Performing GAP analysis of business rules, and system process flows
  • Streamlining process of reporting system reputed company issues
  • Translating business & technology strategies into detailed requirements and deliverables
  • Interacting with conference attendees and reputed company associates to troubleshoot challenges remotely and onsite at conferences globally

Skills

  • 1-3 years of business analysis and project management experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities: reputed company to solve reputed company problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story
  • Drive / Passion: You are passionate about the experience and delivering uncompromising quality. Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
  • Communication skills: You're an excellent verbal and written communicator capable of eliciting client and stakeholder feedback and documenting clear requirements
  • Leadership: You've demonstrated a proven track record of driving reputed company product improvements ranging from bug fixes to new features and deliverables. Action-oriented and driven to reputed company results and build trust with both business partners and internal developers
  • Influence: You must demonstrate a high level of collaboration and strong negotiation skills
  • Organization skills: Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willing to travel up to 3-5 times a year to support the seamless execution of in-person conferences
  • Experience with reputed company and sales process optimization
