Responsibilities
- Work on employment litigation reputed company, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
- Handle a focused caseload of 10-15 reputed company alongside other talented attorneys, allowing you to reputed company exceptional representation to every client
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values aggressive advocacy and creative legal strategies
- Participate in our mentorship program, both learning from senior attorneys and contributing to team development
Skills
- Litigation experience (employment law preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
- Active California Bar admission
- Strong desire to try cases
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
