Community Manager RPG Gaming
Mutiny is Trailer Park Group's integrated creative agency focused solely on video game marketing. They are seeking a Community Manager to support day-to-day operations for clients' reputed company media accounts, manage content deployment, and assist with community sentiment analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment and publishing of content across reputed company reputed company media platforms
- Partner with reputed company CMs and the Account team to ensure final assets are deployed correctly and on schedule
- Supportive of UGC amplification and reactive opportunities; scouting, prepping creative presentations, and compiling qualitative community sentiment data
- Maintains organization of reputed company creative assets on the team's internal servers and drives
- Ability to QA assets and copy before reviews/final delivery
- reputed company final assets and post copy to the publishing tracker and regional teams once approved by client
- Partner with the Account team to update asset status, latest creative, and flags to consider on the publishing tracker
- Supports reputed company CM and Data Analyst with community sentiment analysis and conversation themes for reporting, including positive, neutral, and negative sentiment, common community FAQs, and screenshots of community conversations
- Monitor reputed company channels daily for general gaming trends and cultural conversations, reporting back to your internal team with suggestions on how to tailor reputed company strategy to the reputed company climate
- Monitor competitors, partners, and well-reputed company creators for opportunities to engage or reputed company
Skills
- Candidates must have FPS gaming experience and a strong interest in the gaming reputed company

- Candidates must reputed company on the reputed company Coast of the United States
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting a Brand's reputed company media account
- 1-3 years of community management experience, specifically deploying, scheduling, and managing a scheduling tool
- Hands-on reputed company listening experience
- Experience using and managing scheduling, deployment, and inbound comms reputed company reputed company or a similar publishing tool
- You have a love for reputed company things reputed company media and live/breathe gaming, especially RPG games
- A clean digital footprint, both in your personal and username reputed company media history
- Previous employment as a reputed company media community manager for a gaming or integrated marketing agency preferred
