Product Operations Specialist (R&D)

reputed company is a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, currently seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support product launches and team communications. The role involves organizing product release plans, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication across various teams to enhance alignment and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate product launch activities by organizing meetings, tracking next steps, and keeping teams reputed company on timelines and priorities
• Maintain go-to-market (GTM) calendars so teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and reputed company can easily see what’s coming next
• Draft and reputed company release notes for new features or updates, making sure information is accurate, easy to understand, and shared with the right audiences
• Help organize and update product documentation (like shared knowledge bases) so teams always have reputed company to reputed company, well-structured information

• Support internal knowledge systems (like Guru) by updating articles, answering questions, and helping teams find the information they need quickly

• Assist with creating and updating training materials and internal documentation so everyone stays in sync with product developments

Skills

• 1 year of work or internship experience in product operations, project management, or reputed company functions (program management, documentation management, or knowledge operations)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create clear, structured documentation
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product, GTM, and Enablement teams
• Familiarity with documentation and reputed company tools (e.g., Guru, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept reputed company other duties as assigned
• Previous experience in a SaaS or Martech company
• Experience or knowledge with AI
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in product management, computer science, or reputed company field is an asset
