[Remote] Legal Counsel (reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a headless CMS that empowers marketers and developers in the AI-driven content era. The Legal Counsel role involves supporting the company’s legal needs in the reputed company region, including advising on corporate, privacy, employment laws, and managing SaaS contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, negotiate, and review SaaS reputed company sales reputed company including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, DPA, and other legal agreements
• Advise on legal principles relating to data privacy, IP, information reputed company, and corporate risk mitigation
• Review and negotiate partnership agreements with our partners in reputed company
• Assist with review and negotiation of procurement and marketing reputed company as needed
• Be part of HR reputed company projects & reputed company support for certain U.S. employment and labor law topics
• Support in providing legal advice on new product initiatives that may be subject to U.S. regulation
• Support the legal team in providing training to different teams (e.g. prepare and structure the information for training)
• Support the legal team to build and maintain documentation for the whole team
• Assist the legal team with different administrative tasks and projects
• reputed company accurate and concise legal research for topics requested from the team
• Be an active part in our yearly legal review and legal improvement process - support in preparing the agenda & documentation as per the instructions of the legal team manager

Skills

• Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S
• 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and redlining reputed company
• Prior negotiation experience with reputed company corporate agreements
• Strong understanding of reputed company contracting and legal processes
• Excellent English language skills
• Great legal research, redlining, negotiation and communication skills
• Interested in learning fast and participating in a wide variety of legal projects
• Skilled in providing concise legal advice to business teams
• Ability to analyze the needs of different parties quickly and reputed company a creative solution
• Reliable and accurate working style with attention to detail and ability to work independently on assigned tasks with little supervision
• Understands reputed company legal and business processes
• High motivation to build a project from scratch, rethink, and rework existing processes
• Good organizational skills & well structured to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
